摘　　要：作为生产力发展质态的新跃迁,新质生产力是推动档案开发利用的重要驱动力。新质生产力通过科技创新引入新技术、新模式,成为档案开发利用转型升级的强大引擎。针对技术应用、人才短缺、信息安全、资金支持和用户需求多样化等制约新质生产力发展的重要问题,深入分析了抑制新质生产力赋能档案开发利用工作的现实困境,并提出从构筑坚实的档案数据基础、打造功能完善的共享平台、创新拓展档案开发利用场景这三个方面着手,以期为充分发挥新质生产力在档案开发利用中的驱动作用提供行之有效的解决方案。As a new leap in the quality of productivity development,new quality productivity is an important driving force for the development and utilization of archives.The introduction of new technologies and models through technological innovation has become a powerful engine for the transformation and upgrading of archive development and utilization.However,technology application,talent shortage,information security,financial support,and diversified user needs have become important issues that constrain the development of new quality productivity.Based on the above issues,this article deeply analyzes the practical difficulties in inhibiting the empowerment of new quality productivity in the development and utilization of archives.It proposes to start from three aspects:building a solid foundation of archive data,creating a fully functional sharing platform,and innovating and expanding archive development and utilization scenarios,in order to provide effective solutions for fully leveraging the driving role of new quality productivity in archive development and utilization.
