摘　　要：目的研究本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术(PNF)与常规疗法相结合治疗肩周炎的效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年9月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治50例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。对照组使用常规疗法(热疗、超声、牵伸以及运动锻炼),观察组在对照组的基础上给予PNF训练。治疗6周后,评估肩关节主动活动范围,肩关节疼痛和功能障碍指数(SPADI)和视觉模拟评分表(VAS)分数。结果治疗6周后,观察组的肩关节外展、外旋、内旋主动关节活动范围大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SPADI和VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PNF在肩周炎的临床治疗方面取得了显著成效,能够增加肩关节的主动活动度,缓解疼痛,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods Fifty patients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=25)and control group(n=25)by random number table method.The control group received conventional therapy(hyperthermia,ultrasound,stretching and exercise),and the observation group received PNF training on the basis of the control group.After 6 weeks of treatment,shoulder active range of motion,shoulder pain and disability index(SPADI),and visual analog scale(VAS)scores were assessed.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the active joint motion range of shoulder abduction,external rotation and internal rotation in control group was greater in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).SPADI and VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PNF has achieved remarkable results in the clinical treatment of shoulder periarthritis,which can increase the active motion of shoulder joint and relieve pain,and it is worthy of clinical application.
