桂枝茯苓胶囊联合空子宫汤在药物流产患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合空子宫汤对药物流产后宫腔残留、子宫修复及预后的影响。方法选取2022年12月至2023年10月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的84例药物流产患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为A、B、C组,每组各28例。C组给予米非司酮片、米索前列醇片和生化汤治疗,B组在C组基础上加用空子宫汤,A组在B组基础上加用桂枝茯苓胶囊,比较三组患者临床指标(阴道出血时间、腹痛持续时间、月经恢复时间)差异,比较三组患者流产成功率、彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)血流信号阳性率,记录三组患者治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)水平和炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]水平并进行比较,比较三组患者不良反应发生情况。结果A组月经恢复时间短于B、C组,B组月经恢复时间短于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后B、C组Hb水平低于本组治疗前,且B、C组Hb水平低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者流产成功率、CDFI血流信号阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。治疗后,三组患者CRP、PCT水平低于本组治疗前,A组CRP、PCT水平低于B、C组,B组CRP水平低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合空子宫汤可减少宫腔残留,缩短月经恢复时间,促进子宫修复,缓解患者药物流产后Hb降低程度,减轻患者炎症反应,可在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Kongzigong Decoction on uterine cavity residual,uterine repair and prognosis after drug abortion.Methods A total of 84 drug abortion patients in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from December 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into group A,B and C according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.Group C was treated with Mifepristone Tablets,Misoprostol Tablets and Shenghua Decoction,group B was treated with Kongzigong Decoction on the basis of group C,group A was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules on the basis of group B,and the clinical indexes(vaginal bleeding time,abdominal pain duration,menstrual recovery time)of the three groups were compared.The success rate of abortion and the positive rate of blood flow signal with color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)were compared among the three groups,and the levels of hemoglobin(Hb)and inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein[CRP]and procalcitonin[PCT])before and after treatment were recorded and compared among the three groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions among the three groups were compared.Results The menstrual recovery time of group A was shorter than those of group B and C,and the menstrual recovery time of group B was shorter than that of group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hb levels of group B and C were lower than those before treatment,and the Hb levels of group B and C were lower than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the success rate of abortion and positive rate of CDFI blood flow signal among the three groups(P<0.017).After treatment,the levels of CRP and PCT in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of CRP and PCT in group A were lower than those in group B and C,and the level of CRP in group B was lower than that in group C,with statistical sig
