地诺前列酮栓联合导乐陪伴分娩在足月妊娠引产中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨地诺前列酮栓联合导乐陪伴分娩在足月妊娠引产中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月1日至2024年3月31日东莞金美济妇女儿童医院妇产科收治的100例足月妊娠产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组予以地诺前列酮栓足月妊娠引产,观察组予以地诺前列酮栓联合导乐陪伴分娩足月妊娠引产。比较两组产妇临床疗效、引产成功率、分娩结局以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组引产成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组分娩结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地诺前列酮栓联合导乐陪伴分娩用于足月妊娠引产可促进宫颈成熟,有利于提升引产成功率,降低剖宫产率,改善新生儿结局,并能够保证产妇引产的安全性与有效性,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of Dinoprostone Suppositories combined with doula accompanying delivery in inducing labor of full-term pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 full-term pregnant women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dongguan Jinmeiji Women and Children's Hospital from June 1,2022 to March 31,2024 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Dinoprostone Suppositories to induce full-term pregnancy,and the observation group was given Dinoprostone Suppositories combined with doula accompanying delivery.The clinical efficacy,the success rate of labor induction,the delivery outcome and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of labor induction in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The delivery outcome in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dinoprostone Suppositories combined with doula accompanying delivery in inducing labor of full-term pregnancy can promote cervical maturity,improve the success rate of labor induction,reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve the outcome of newborns,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of maternal induced labor,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
