摘 要:目的探讨蛋白残留测试在不同清洗方式的机器人机械臂器械清洗效果评估中的应用。方法选取2021年12月至2023年11月南昌大学第一附属医院使用过的300件机器人手术器械作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为手工组、机器组以及联合组,每组各100件,手工组采用手工清洗机械臂器械,机器组采用机器清洗机械臂器械,联合组采用手工清洗和机器清洗联合的方式清洗机械臂器械,清洗后进行蛋白残留检测,分析不同清洗方法的洁净度合格率、蛋白检出率。结果联合组的洁净度合格率高于手工组、机器组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017);手工组与机器组的洁净度合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.017);联合组的蛋白检出率低于手工组、机器组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017);手工组与机器组的蛋白检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.017)。结论蛋白质残留检测能有效体现机器人机械臂器械的清洗情况,手工联合机器清洗效果更佳,能明显提高机器人机械臂器械的洁净度合格率,减少机器人机械臂器械上残留的蛋白,阳性检出率更低,从而提升机器人机械臂器械清洗质量。Objective To explore the application of protein residue test in the evaluation of cleaning effect of robotic arm instruments with different cleaning methods.Methods A total of 300 pieces of robotic surgical instruments in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from December 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into manual cleaning group,machine cleaning group and combined group according to random number table method,with 100 pieces in each group.Manual cleaning group adopted manual cleaning mechanical arm instruments,while machine cleaning mechanical arm instruments were used in machine cleaning group.In the combined group,the mechanical arm instruments were cleaned by manual cleaning and machine cleaning.After cleaning,the protein residue was detected,and the cleanliness qualification rate and protein detection rate of different cleaning methods were analyzed.Results The cleanliness qualification rate in combined group was higher than those in manual cleaning group and machine cleaning group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).There was no significant difference between manual cleaning group and machine cleaning group in cleanliness qualification rate(P>0.017).The protein detection rate of combined group was lower than those of manual cleaning group and machine cleaning group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).There was no significant difference in protein detection rate between manual group and machine group(P>0.017).Conclusion Protein residue test can effectively reflect the cleaning situation of robotic arm instruments,manual combined machine cleaning effect is better,can significantly improve the cleanliness qualification rate of robotic arm instruments,reduce the residual protein on robotic arm instruments,the positive detection rate is lower,so as to improve the cleaning quality of robotic arm instruments.
