摘　　要：对全髋关节置换术(THA)后恐动症患者早期康复锻炼研究进展进行综述,从THA的重要性、恐动症的来源及概念、THA术后患者恐动症发生情况及不良影响、恐动症的评估工具、早期康复锻炼干预方法等方面进行阐述。综述结果表明,恐动症由预期疼痛引起的非理性运动恐惧构成,显著影响患者的康复行为和手术效果。评估工具如恐动症评分量表(TSK)、恐惧回避信念量表(FABQ)和Harris髋关节评分量表(HHS)等,为恐动症的量化评估提供了有效手段。在干预方法上,认知行为干预、IARA模式、协同护理模式以及现代科技手段等多元化策略被证实有助于减轻恐动症症状,促进患者的早期康复锻炼。此外,疼痛管理作为恐动症治疗的核心环节,对于缓解患者疼痛、减轻恐动情绪具有重要意义。未来研究应进一步关注恐动症的发生机制,探索更为有效的干预策略,以更好地满足患者的康复需求。A review of the research progress on early rehabilitation exercise for patients with kinesiophobia after total hip arthroplasty(THA),including the importance of THA,the sources and concepts of kinesiophobia elaborate on the occurrence and adverse effects of post-THA patients with anxiety disorder,assessment tools for anxiety disorder,and early rehabilitation exercise intervention methods.The review results indicate that anxiety disorder is composed of irrational fear of movement caused by expected pain,which significantly affects patients'rehabilitation behavior and surgical outcomes.Assessment tools such as the tampa scale for kinesiophobia(TSK),fear-avoidance belief scale(FABQ),and Harris hip score scale(HHS)provide effective tools for quantitative assessment of anxiety disorder.In terms of intervention methods,cognitive behavioral intervention diversified strategies such as the IARA model,collaborative nursing model,and modern technological means have been proven to help alleviate symptoms of kinesiophobia and promote early rehabilitation and exercise for patients.In addition,pain management,as a core component of the treatment of anxiety disorder,is of great significance in alleviating patient pain and alleviating anxiety.Future research should further focus on the pathogenesis of kinesiophobia and explore more effective intervention strategies to better meet the rehabilitation needs of patients.
