壮药经典名方龙钻通痹方的药效学及临床研究进展

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是广西壮族自治区常见病之一,与该地区气候温暖、热量丰富、降水充沛等特点有着紧密的联系。类风湿关节炎具有疼痛、关节变形、难治性等临床特点,严重影响人民群众的身体健康及生活质量。龙钻通痹方是壮医临床工作者提出并广泛应用于类风湿关节炎的治疗,多年临床应用疗效显著。药效学研究中证实了龙钻通痹方对于参与类风湿关节炎发病过程中的经典信号通路及核心细胞因子具有调控作用,从而达到抑制炎症、保护关节软骨、促进成骨细胞的增殖,改善骨侵蚀等。在临床应用中观察发现,龙钻通痹方联合西药、其他方剂、外治法等多元化的治疗手段,在调控炎症因子,改善炎症状态,改善患者血沉等理化指标、晨僵、关节疼痛等症状方面效果显著,并有利于缓解患者不良情绪,提高生活质量。龙钻通痹方的多组分作用于多靶点,有利于解决类风湿关节炎的多个核心问题。本文介绍龙钻通痹方治疗类风湿关节炎的药效学及临床研究进展,以期为龙钻通痹方的进一步深入研究提供参考。Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the common diseases in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,which is closely related to the characteristics of warm climate,abundant heat and abundant precipitation in this area.Rheumatoid arthritis has clinical characteristics such as pain,joint deformity,and refractory,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of the people.Longzuan Tongbi Formula is proposed by Zhuang medicine clinicians and widely used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and has been clinically applied for many years.Pharmacodynamic studies have confirmed that Longzuan Tongbi Formula has a regulatory effect on the classical signaling pathways and core cytokines involved in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis,so as to inhibit inflammation,protect articular cartilage,promote the proliferation of osteoblasts,and improve bone erosion.In clinical application,it has been observed that Longzuan Tongbi Formula,combined with western medicine,other prescriptions,external treatment methods and other diversified treatment methods,has a significant effect in regulating inflammatory factors,improving inflammatory status,improving physical and chemical indicators such as blood sedimentation rate,morning stiffness,joint pain and other symptoms,and is conducive to alleviating patients'bad mood and improving their quality of life.The multi-component of Longzuan Tongbi Formula acts on multiple targets,which is conducive to solving multiple core problems of rheumatoid arthritis.This article introduces the pharmacodynamics and clinical research progress of Longzuan Tongbi Formula in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,in order to provide a reference for further in-depth research on Longzuan Tongbi Formula.
