摘　　要：目的研究探讨多学科诊疗视角下中西医综合护理对慢性子宫内膜炎不孕患者妊娠结局、负性情绪、病耻感的影响。方法选取2021年9月至2023年1月赣州市人民医院收治的125例慢性子宫内膜炎致不孕患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(63例)与观察组(62例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用多学科诊疗视角下的中西医综合护理技术干预。比较两组的妊娠结局、负性情绪评分、病耻感评分、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率、活产率高于对照组,早期流产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、不孕症女性病耻感评分量表(ISS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科诊疗视角下的中西医综合护理技术在慢性子宫内膜炎辅助生殖助孕患者治疗中的应用效果良好,能够改善患者的妊娠结局,降低患者的负性情绪和病耻感,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of integrated nursing technology of Chinese and western medicine on pregnancy outcome,negative emotion and stigma of infertility patients with chronic endometritis from the perspective of multidisciplinary diagnosis and therapeutic.Methods A total of 130 infertility patients with chronic endometritis treated in Ganzhou People's Hospital from September 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(63 cases)and observation group(62 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received integrated nursing technology from the perspective of multidisciplinary diagnosis and therapeutic.Pregnancy outcome,negative emotion score,stigma score,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of embryo implantation,clinical pregnancy and live birth in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the rate of early abortion was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and infertility female stigma rating scale(ISS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion From the perspective of multidisciplinary diagnosis and therapeutic,the application of integrated nursing technology of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic endometritis assisted reproduction and assisted pregnancy has good effects,which can improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,reduce patients'negative emotions and stigma,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
