中医芳香疗法联合音乐疗法在磁共振幽闭恐惧症患者检查中的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探究中医芳香疗法联合音乐疗法在幽闭恐惧症患者磁共振(MRI)检查中的干预效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年3月南昌大学第一附属医院需进行MRI检查的80例幽闭恐惧症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为中医组和对照组,每组各40例。中医组采用中医芳香疗法联合音乐疗法的护理干预;对照组采用常规检查联合心理护理干预。观察并比较两组患者的干预效果、情绪变化、应激指标及图像满意度。结果中医组的干预效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医组检查后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、心率、舒张压、收缩压、呼吸频率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医组的图像满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医芳香疗法联合音乐疗法在幽闭恐惧症患者MRI检查中干预效果较好,能促使患者配合完成检查,缓解焦虑情绪,改善心率、血压等应激指标,提高图像满意度。Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy combined with music therapy in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination for patients with claustrophobia.Methods A total of 80 claustrophobic patients who needed MRI examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy combined with music therapy.The control group received routine examination combined with psychological nursing intervention.The intervention effect,emotional changes,stress indicators and image satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The intervention effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After examination,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and respiratory rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The image satisfaction of the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy combined with music therapy has a good intervention effect in MRI examination of patients with claustrophobia,which can promote patients to complete the examination,relieve anxiety,improve heart rate,blood pressure and other stress indicators,and improve image satisfaction.
