摘 要:长时间、重复的高马赫数飞行会因综合力/热效应累积而引起飞行器几何布局变形。本文以高速飞机高马赫数长航时巡航所产生的机身累积热变形效应为不确定性输入,对该不确定性因素进行了表征建模,而后将其引入到气动布局的优化设计中,建立考虑机身累积热变形的高速飞机气动布局稳健优化模型,并提出模型求解策略。通过4个不同优化模型的对比,验证了本文稳健优化模型和策略的有效性。仿真分析结果指出,累积热变形效应会影响飞行器气动性能的准确预测,预测偏差的传播会影响优化的收敛方向,并最终影响最后的优化构型。Due to prolonged and repeated flights at high Mach numbers,aircraft geometric layout deformation is induced by the accumulated comprehensive force/thermal effects.In this study,the cumulative thermal deformation effect of the fuselage is treated as an uncertainty input.Uncertainty quantification and modeling are conducted and integrated into the aerodynamic layout optimization process.A robust optimization model for high-speed aircraft has been developed in this paper,along with a proposed solution strategy.Four distinct optimization models were solved,compared,and analyzed,thereby verifying the robustness of the model and the efficacy of the solution approach.Simulation results indicate that the accuracy of aerodynamic predictions is significantly influenced by the cumulative thermal deformation effect.Consequently,the propagation of predictive deviation can disrupt the optimization convergence direction,thereby impacting the final optimal configuration.
