摘　　要：中国共产党人的政德整体呈现出由大德、公德、私德复合而成的结构特点,并具有深刻的责任伦理意涵。中国共产党人以“为政之责”展现和实现“为政之德”的政德构建机理可用“寓德于责”加以概括。具体表现为:一是围绕党性和党的宗旨多维廓清政德意涵、基于真实的人民立场明确“人民公仆”身份、运用责任话语具象明晰政德的实践指向及要求;二是以“永葆马克思主义使命型政党的政治本色”为根本出发点、以“确保角色意识和责任担当内在统一”为本质要求、以“坚持内外兼顾和知行融通”为实践方法论,在长期执政的责任政治逻辑中塑造其政治道德群像;三是在管党治党实践中,自觉通过思想建党内化执政伦理理念、依靠制度治党落实执政伦理规范并在组织建党工作中纵深压实政德建设责任。The political morality of Chinese Communists is characterized by a composite structure of great morality,public morality,and private morality,and has profound implications of responsibility ethics.The mechanism for constructing political morality,which Chinese Communists demonstrate and realize through their“responsibilities in governance”,can be summarized as“embedding morality in responsibility”.This is specifically manifested in three ways:first,clarifying the connotations of political morality from multiple dimensions centered on party spirit and the party s purpose,defining the identity as“servants of the people”based on a genuine people-centered stance,and using responsibility-related discourse to specify the practical directions and requirements of political morality;second,shaping the collective political moral image within the responsibility-based political logic of long-term governance,with the“perpetual maintenance of the political essence of a mission-oriented Marxist party”as the fundamental starting point,the“ensuring of the internal unity of role consciousness and responsibility commitment”as the essential requirement,and the“adherence to both internal and external aspects and the integration of knowledge and action”as the practical methodology;and third,in the practice of managing and governing the party,consciously internalizing the ethical principles of governance through ideological party building,implementing the ethical norms of governance through institutional party governance,and deepening and strengthening the responsibility for political morality construction in organizational party building efforts.
