摘  要:某硫磺回收装置尾气焚烧流程出现尾气加热器泄漏、频繁熄炉及尾气管线积硫等问题,造成尾气硫排放超标。深入分析问题发生的原因,制定了一系列针对性措施:对尾气加热器泄漏问题,切换尾气处理部分跨线流程,建立尾气加氢系统氮气循环,同时升级材质;对频繁熄炉问题,控制尾气提标净化单元氧化反应器顶部含硫废气杂质含量;对尾气管线积硫问题,采取开工烟气线加盲板、尾气焚烧炉跨线增设氮气密封或停用、氧化反应器顶部废气水洗后排放等措施。尾气焚烧炉异常得到解决,其SO2排放浓度满足工艺加热炉大气污染物特别排放限值(不高于50 mg/m^(3))的要求。硫磺回收装置尾气焚烧炉实现长周期运行。The tail gas incinerator of a sulfur recovery unit(SRU)has encountered problems such as leakage of the tail gas heater,frequent flameout of the furnace,and sulfur accumulation in the tail gas pipeline,resulting in excessive sulfur emissions and seriously affecting the long-term operation of the unit.We conducted a thorough analysis of the causes of the problem and developed targeted measures.To address the leakage issue of the tail gas heater,switch the cross line process of the tail gas treatment section,establish nitrogen circulation in the tail gas hydrogenation system,and upgrade the material.To address the issue of frequent flameout of furnace,controlling the impurity content of sulfur-containing waste gas at the top of the oxidation reactor in the tail gas upgrading and purification unit is key.To address the issue of sulfur accumulation in the tail gas pipeline,measures such as adding blind plates to the start-up flue gas line,adding nitrogen sealing or stopping the tail gas incinerator cross line,and discharging the tail gas after washing it with water at the top of the oxidation reactor are taken.The abnormality of the tail gas incinerator has been resolved,and the SO_(2) emission meets the special emission limit of atmospheric pollutants for process heating furnaces(not exceeding 50 mg/m^(3)).The tail gas incinerator can achieve long-term stable operation.
