摘  要:天然气热电联产项目两台110 kV主变压器在安装及调试过程中,变压器交流耐压前需进行介质损耗的测量,对试验数据的异常进行分析,综合判断测量结果,经多次讨论与研究,最终符合主变耐压条件。准确分析判断试验数据,可以提前发现变压器整体或局部缺陷,减少大容量变压器在耐压试验或运行中的隐患,对于油浸式变压器介质损耗测量具有重要意义。In this paper,during the installation and commissioning of two 11okV main transformers of the natural gas cogeneration project,the dielectric loss of the transformer needs to be measured before the AC withstand voltage,the abnormal test data needs to be analyzed,the measurement results are comprehensively judged,and after many discussions and studies,the conditions of the main transformer withstand voltage are finally met.Accurate analysis and judgment of test data can find the overall or local defects of the transformer in advance,reduce the hidden dangers of large-capacity transformers in the withstand voltage test or operation,and is of great significance for the measurement of dielectric loss of oil-immersed transformers.
