摘 要:内阿米巴原虫(Entamoeba spp.)是一种呈世界性分布的人兽共患的机会致病性肠道原虫,可感染人、非人灵长类动物以及猪在内的多种宿主。采集了723份来自广西壮族自治区南宁市、贵港市、贺州市、玉林市规模化养殖场和散养的不同生长阶段猪的粪便样品,采用套式PCR对内阿米巴原虫的SSU rRNA基因位点进行扩增,检测了单核内阿米巴原虫(Entamoeba polecki)、猪内阿米巴原虫(Entamoeba suis)和溶组织内阿米巴原虫(Entamoeba histolytica)的感染情况及亚型分布特征。结果显示,E.polecki的感染率为82.2%(594/723),未检测到猪内阿米巴原虫和溶组织内阿米巴原虫。在不同生长阶段中,E.polecki感染率最高为保育猪的95.5%(192/201),最低是仔猪的67.4%(122/181);在不同地区中,E.polecki感染率最高为南宁市的92.6%(199/215),最低是贵港市的68.4%(121/177);在不同养殖方式中,E.polecki散养猪感染率为89.5%(280/313),规模化养殖猪感染率为76.6%(314/410)。经统计学分析,3种情况的差异均极显著(P<0.01)。进一步对E.polecki基因亚型感染情况分析发现,E.polecki ST1的感染率为72.6%(525/723),E.polecki ST3感染率为65.4%(473/723),E.polecki ST1+ST3的感染率为55.6%(402/723)。首次调查了广西地区猪的内阿米巴原虫的感染情况,为该地区内阿米巴原虫病的防控提供了一定的数据参考。Entamoeba spp.are a worldwide distributed opportunistic pathogenic intestinal protozoan that infect a wide range of hosts,including humans,non-human primates and pigs.In this study,723 faecal samples were collected from pigs at different growth stages from large-scale farms and free-range farms in Nanning,Guigang,Hezhou and Yulin,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The infections and subtype distributions of Entamoeba polecki,Entamoeba suis and Entamoeba histolytica were analyzed by nested PCR amplification of SSU rRNA gene loci of Entamoeba.The results showed that the prevalence of E.polecki was 82.2%(594/723),and no E.suis and E.histolytica were detected.Among the different growth stages,the highest E.polecki infection rate was 95.5%(192/201)in nursery pigs and the lowest was 67.4%(122/181)in piglets.In different regions,the highest E.polecki infection rate was 92.6%(199/215)in Nanning city and the lowest was 68.4%(121/177)in Guigang city.While in different farming methods,the infection rate of E.polecki was 89.5%(280/313)in free-range pigs and 76.6%(314/410)in large-scale farming pigs.Statistically analysed,the difference between the three cases was highly significant(P<0.01),respectively.Further analysis of E.polecki genotypes revealed that the infection rate of E.polecki ST1 was 72.6%(525/723),E.polecki ST3 was 65.4%(473/723),and E.polecki ST1+ST3 was 55.6%(402/723).In this study,we investigated for the first time the infection of Entamoeba in pigs in Guangxi,and provided data for the prevention and control of entamoebiasis in this region.
