摘 要:胸椎小关节紊乱综合征系指胸椎小关节在外力作用下发生解剖位置的改变,且不能自行复位而导致的疼痛和功能受限等症状的一种病症。以成年家兔为实验动物,通过外科手术的方法使胸椎T6~T8前后滑脱式错位及侧弯侧摆式错位。术后对每只家兔进行定量饲喂,绘制体重变化曲线;术后第6周,测定家兔血清中血管活性肠肽、胃动素、胃泌素、生长抑素的含量;测量家兔的胃电图和肠蠕动力,并取胃和十二指肠壁制备组织切片,评价胸椎小关节紊乱对于胃肠机能的影响。结果表明,T6~T8胸椎小关节前后滑脱式错位及侧弯侧摆式错位可使家兔血管活性肠肽、胃泌素、胃动素、生长抑素的分泌水平出现不同程度的变化,试验组家兔胃肠蠕动减弱变慢,胃肠壁发生不同程度的病变,表明该节段胸椎小关节脱位可影响家兔的消化能力。Thoracic facet joint disorder syndrome refers to the symptoms of pain and functional limitation caused by the alteration of the anatomical position of the thoracic facet joints under the action of external forces and its inability to reset itself.In this experiment,adult rabbits were used as experimental animals,and the thoracic vertebrae T6-T8 were mislocated anterior-posterior slip and lateral curvature and lateral pendulum by surgical methods.After operation,each rabbit was fed quantitatively and the weight curve was drawn.The contents of vasoactive intestinal peptide,motilin,gastrin and somatostatin in rabbit serum were measured at 6 weeks after operation.The gastrogram and intestinal creep dynamics of rabbits were measured,and the gastric and duodenal walls were sliced to evaluate the effect of the disturbance of thoracic facet joints on gastrointestinal function.The results showed that the anterior-posterior slip dislocation of T6-T8 thoracic articulator and the lateral curvature and tilting dislocation of T6 to T8 thoracic articulator could change the secretion levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide,gastrin,motilin and somatostatin in rabbits to varying degrees.The gastrointestinal peristalsis of rabbits in the experimental group was weakened and slowed down,and the gastrointestinal wall was affected to different degrees,indicating that the dislocation of thoracic articulator in these segments could affect the digestive ability of rabbits.
