摘  要:大肠埃希氏菌表达系统是目前应用最广、研究最为透彻的外源蛋白表达系统,具有遗传背景清楚、易培养和控制、转化操作简单、表达水平高、成本低、周期短等优点深受疫苗研究者的青睐,但也存在易形成包涵体和无法对蛋白修饰等问题需要对其进行优化。生猪作为我国最重要的经济动物,其疫病安全防控对养猪业和我国人民的健康可持续发展有重要意义。论文对近年来大肠埃希氏菌表达系统在猪病毒性亚单位疫苗中的研究进展进行概述,为促进大肠埃希氏菌表达系统改进及其亚单位疫苗后续应用提供参考。The Escherichia coli expression system is currently the most widely used and most thoroughly studied exogenous protein expression system,which has the advantages of clear genetic background,easy culture and control,simple transformation operation,high expression level,low cost,and short cycle.The expression system is favored by vaccine researchers,while there are also problems such as the easy formation of inclusion bodies and inability to modify protein need to be optimized.As the most important economic animal in China,the safety prevention and control of infectious diseases of pigs is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of the pig industry.This article summarizes the research progress of the E.coli expression system in porcine viral subunit vaccine in recent years to provide a reference for promoting the improvement of the E.coli expression system and its subsequent application of subunit vaccine.
