犬同时患3种不同类型脂肪瘤的诊治

摘　　要：皮肤浅表脂肪瘤样痣是一种罕见的良性错构瘤,皮下脂肪瘤是中老年犬来自脂肪组织的肿瘤,犬脂肪肉瘤是一种罕见的软组织肿瘤,由成脂细胞和间充质组织组成。西安派特动物医院接诊1例10岁4个月龄雌性未绝育金毛寻回猎犬,其左侧颈部,左侧腰部,右股外侧分别发现增生肿块,经术后病理检查分别诊断为浅表脂肪瘤样痣(NLS)、皮下脂肪瘤(SCL)和脂肪肉瘤(LPS),小动物临床同时患多种肿瘤病例报道较少,暂末查到犬患浅表脂肪瘤样痣病例的报告,现将该病例整理如下,对于宠物犬临床治疗多肿块病例时具有一定的参考意义。Superficial lipomatous nevus of the skin is a rare benign hamartoma,subcutaneous lipoma is a tumor of adipose tissue in middle-aged and elderly dogs,and canine liposarcoma is a rare soft tissue tumor composed of lipoblasts and mesenchymal tissue.A case of female unneutered golden retriever aged 10 years and 4 months was admitted to our hospital.Hyperplastic masses were found on the left side of her neck,left waist and right lateral thigh,respectively,which were diagnosed as follows by postoperative pathological examination:nevus lipomatosus superficialis(NLS),subcutaneous lipoma(SCL)and lipoparcoma(LPS),there are few clinical reports of small animals suffering from multiple tumors at the same time.For the time being,there are no reports of dogs suffering from superficial lipomatous nevus.The cases are summarized as follows,which has certain reference significance for the clinical treatment of multiple mass cases in pet dogs.
