摘 要:本文以银杏外种皮为原材料,采用超声-酶辅助水提醇沉法提取多糖,同时去除外种皮中的脂类和酚酸类物质。研究液料比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数对多糖提取率的影响,并应用Box-Behnken响应面法对提取条件进行优化。按照本研究的提取方法,银杏外种皮多糖的最佳提取条件为液料比29.1:1、提取温度87.8℃、提取时间2.88h,在此条件下提取率为11.67%±0.11%。本方法在保证一定的提取率的前提下,可有效去除银杏外种皮中的酚酸等有毒物质,为银杏外种皮回收利用提供一定的技术参考。Objective:To explore the effects of different factors on the extraction efficiency of polysaccharides from episperm of Ginkgo biloba and provide theoretical support for further utilization of episperm of Ginkgo biloba resources.Method:Polysaccharides were extracted from the episperm of Ginkgo biloba using the method of ultrasound water extraction assisted with enzyme and alcohol precipitation while removing lipids and phenolic acids from the episperm.y The effects of liquid to material ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,and extraction frequency on the extraction rate of polysaccharides were studied and the extraction conditions using Box-Behnken response surface methodology was optimized.Conclusion:According to the extraction method of this study,the optimal extraction conditions for the polysaccharide from the episperm of Ginkgo biloba are a liquid to material ratio of 29.1:1,extraction temperature of 87.8℃,and extraction time of 2.88 hours,under these conditions,the extraction rate is 11.67%±0.11%.This method can effectively remove toxic substances such as phenolic acids from the episperm of Ginkgo biloba while ensuring a certain extraction rate,providing a certain technical reference for the recycling and utilization of episperm of Ginkgo biloba.
