摘 要:为了对山东油用元宝枫种质资源进行筛选和评价,本研究以泰安市6个元宝枫无性系种子为试验材料,使用脉冲核磁共振仪和气相色谱仪对元宝枫种子含油率及脂肪酸组分进行定量测定。结果表明:元宝枫种仁含油率存在一定差异,平均含油率为51.7%,含油率最高为6号(53.48%),最低为4号(49.84%);饱和脂肪酸含量排序为:棕榈酸(4.35%)>硬脂酸(2.30%)>山嵛酸(0.75%);不饱和脂肪酸含量排序为:亚油酸(34.07%)>油酸(24.87%)>芥酸(16.18%)>花生一烯酸(8.08%)>神经酸(6.04%)>α-亚麻酸(1.71%)>γ-亚麻酸(0.71%)。其中,γ-亚麻酸含量0.36%(3号)~1.33%(5号),变异系数大(51.08%);种子含油率为49.84%(4号)~53.48%(6号),变异系数最低(2.84%);总体上,饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸的变异程度均不大,变异系数分别为4.28%和0.38%。相关性分析表明,含油率与脂肪酸含量之间并无显著相关性。亚油酸与油酸、γ-亚麻酸与棕榈酸均呈显著负相关;α-亚麻酸与硬脂酸在极显著正相关);芥酸和山嵛酸呈现显著正相关,其他脂肪酸含量之间无显著相关性。In order to screen and evaluate the germplasm resources of Acer truncatum for oil use in Shandong,this study took the seeds of six clones of Acer truncatum in Tai'an City as the test materials,and used pulsed nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)instrument and gas chromatography to quantitatively determine the oil content of the seeds and fatty acid fractions of the seeds of Acer truncatum.The results showed that the oil content of Acer truncatum seed kernels varied somewhat,with an average oil content of 51.7%,the highest oil content being No.6(53.48%)and the lowest being No.4(49.84%);The saturated fatty acid content was ranked as follows:palmitic acid(4.35%)>stearic acid(2.30%)>behenic acid(0.75%);the unsaturated fatty acid content was ranked as follows:linoleic acid(34.07%)>oleic acid(24.87%)>erucic acid(16.18%)>arachidonic acid(8.08%)>neuronic acid(6.04%)>α-linolenic acid(1.71%)>-linolenic acid(0.71%).Among them,the content of γ-linolenic acid ranged from 0.36%(No.3)to 1.33%(No.5),with a large coefficient of variation(51.08%)and the oil content of the seeds ranged from 49.84%(No.4)to 53.48%(No.6),with the lowest coefficient of variation(2.84%);On the whole,the degree of variation of both saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids was not large,with the coefficients of variation being 4.28%and 0.38%,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between oil content and fatty acid content.Linoleic acid and oleic acid,γ-linolenic acid and palmitic acid were all significantly negatively correlated;α-linolenic acid and stearic acid were in a highly significant positive correlation;Erucic acid and behenic acid showed significant positive correlation,and there was no significant correlation between other fatty acid contents.
