摘  要:以四倍体刺槐优良无性系K4为材料,采用正交试验设计,研究了植物生长调节剂IBA、NAA、ABT1号生根粉(浓度、处理时间)及扦插基质对四倍体刺槐嫩枝扦插的影响。结果表明,不同处理下四倍体刺槐嫩枝扦插苗的生根率、生根数、平均根长及新生枝长度均存在显著差异。在3种植物生长调节剂中,以ABT1号生根粉的效果最好,经其处理的插穗,生根率、生根数、平均根长及新生枝长度均优于其他2种植物生长调节剂。扦插基质对四倍体刺槐嫩枝扦插的生根率、生根数、平均根长的影响均达到了显著水平。隶属函数综合评价结果表明,8号处理(即200 mg/L的ABT1号生根粉处理2 h,扦插基质为珍珠岩:椰糠:蛭石按体积比7:2:1混合而成)的综合评价值最高,生根率达88.3%,适宜四倍体刺槐的嫩枝扦插,可以在生产中推广应用。Using the excellent clone K4 of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia as the material,an orthogonal experimental design was adopted to study the effects of plant growth regulators IBA、NAA、ABT1(concentration,time)and cutting substrates on the softwood cutting of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia.The results showed that there were significant differences in the rooting rate,number of roots,average root length,and length of newly formed branches of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia cuttings under different treatments.Among the three plant growth regulators,ABTI showed the best effect.The cuttings treated with ABTI had better rooting rate,number of roots,average root length,and new branch length than the other two plant growth regulators.The effect of cutting substrate on the rooting rate,rooting number,and average root length of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia had reached a significant level.The comprehensive evaluation results of the membership function showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of treatment No.8(i.e.treatment with 20Omg/L ABT1 for 2 hours,and the cutting substrate was a mixture of perlite:coconut coir:vermiculite in a volume ratio of 7:2:1)was the highest,with a rooting rate of 88.3%.It is suitable for the young branch cutting of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia and can be promoted and applied in production.
