定西市水土流失现状及对策建议

摘　　要：水土保持率是反映水土保持总体状况的宏观管理指标,是美丽中国建设的22项评估指标之一。定西市统筹山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和系统治理,重点区域水土流失得到有效治理,生态环境逐步改善,但仍存在水土保持率提升难度大的问题,可通过完善水土保持防治策略、创新水土保持监管机制、加快推进水土流失综合治理、形成水土保持工作合力,稳步提升水土保持率。Soil and water conservation rate is the proportion of good soil and water conservation status to the total land area in the region.It is a macro-management index reflecting the overall status of soil and water conservation.In Dingxi,the government is coordinating the integrated protection of mountains,rivers,forests,lakes,grass and sand and the systematic management of them.Soil erosion in key areas has been effectively controlled and the ecological environment has gradually improved.However,there are difficulties in increasing the rate of soil and water conservation,the rate of soil and water conservation will be steadily increased by improving soil and water conservation control strategies,innovating soil and water conservation supervision mechanisms,accelerating comprehensive control of soil and water loss,and forming a combined force of soil and water conservation work.
