摘 要:光伏发电具有清洁、环保等优势,“光伏+农业”等综合发展模式对地方经济绿色发展与能源转型建设具有积极作用,该模式已在多数农村地区推广应用。但是,光伏电场需要占用大量土地,建设过程中不可避免会损毁原生植被,光伏组件的布设会改变地表植被的原始生态环境,同时改变区域原有地貌及水土保持设施,进而产生严重的水土流失。因此,在开发建设光伏电场项目过程中,做好水土保持防治措施非常重要。以霍州市国盛能源有限公司100 MW光伏+农业+林业发电项目为例,针对项目水土流失特点,结合主体工程设计与项目组成,对主体工程水土保持进行分析,通过综合布设水土保持防护措施,有效控制了光伏发电项目建设过程中的水土流失,以期为光伏发电区的水土流失防治工作提供借鉴,实现光伏电场与生态环境协调发展。Photovoltaic power generation has advantages such as cleanliness and environmental protection.The comprehensive development model of"photovoltaic+agriculture"has a positive effect on local economic green development and energy transformation construction.This model has been promoted and applied in most rural areas.However,photovoltaic power plants require a large amount of land,and the construction process inevitably damages the original vegetation.The layout of photovoltaic modules will change the original ecological environment of surface vegetation,as well as alter the original topography and soil and water conservation facilities of the region,resulting in serious soil erosion.Therefore,it is very important to take effective measures for soil and water conservation during the development and construction of photovoltaic power plant projects.This article takes the 100MW photovoltaic+agricultural+forestry power generation project of Guosheng Energy Co.,Ltd.in Huozhou City as an example.Based on the characteristics of soil erosion in the project,combined with the design and composition of the main project,the soil and water conservation of the main project is analyzed.Through the comprehensive deployment of soil and water conservation protection measures,the soil and water loss during the construction process of the photovoltaic power generation project is effectively controlled,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of soil erosion in the photovoltaic power generation area and achieve coordinated development between the photovoltaic power field and the ecological environment.
