摘　　要：从淤地坝的全生命周期角度,总结归纳了淤地坝在规划设计、施工、运行等阶段可能存在的风险因素,主要包括淤地坝质量、运行管理维护、有效调节库容、超标准洪水(特大暴雨)等。在分析风险传导一般规律的基础上,研究了各类风险相应的防控措施。From the perspective of the whole life cycle of silt dam,this paper summarizes the possible risk factors in the planning,design,construction,and operation of silt dams,including the quality of silt dams,operation management and maintenance,effective adjustment of reservoir capacity,and over-standard floods(heavy rainfall).On the basis of analyzing the general law of risk transmission,the corresponding prevention and control measures of various risk sources are studied.
