摘　　要：科学家精神作为科学实践中的宝贵精神财富,融合了科学认知的客观性、创新性以及社会责任感,在新时代的科学家责任伦理构建中发挥着核心作用。在面对科技成果伦理审查和科研活动社会责任等多重要求时,科学家精神为科学家责任伦理的建构提供了重要指引。以科学家精神引领新时代科学家责任伦理建构的关键在于强化伦理责任意识,完善规范体系、推动科技伦理规范的完善与国际合作的深化。其旨在构建符合新时代要求的科学家责任伦理框架,指引科技工作者树立科学价值观,承担科技创新的历史使命,为人类社会的文明进步贡献力量,促进科学与社会和谐发展。As a valuable spiritual wealth in scientific practice,the spirit of scientists integrates the objectivity,innovation and social responsibility of scientific cognition,and plays a core role in the construction of the scientists'responsibility ethics in the new era.In the face of multiple requirements such as ethical review of sci-tech achievements and social responsibility of scientific research activities,the spirit of scientists provides important guidance for the construction of scientists'responsibility ethics.The key to lead the construction of scientists'responsibility ethics in the new era with the spirit of scientists is to strengthen the sense of ethical responsibility,improve the standard system,optimize sci-tech ethics norms and deepen international cooperation.The goal is to build an ethical framework of responsibility for scientists that meets the requirements of the new era,guide sci-tech workers to establish scientific values,undertake the historical mission of sci-tech innovation,contribute to the civilization and progress of human society,and promote the harmonious development of science and society.
