摘 要:本研究分别在以氨基树脂和异氰酸酯为固化剂的水性丙烯酸涂料中添加消光粉,评价涂层的光泽、铅笔硬度、附着力和耐氙灯老化等性能指标,确定了消光粉最佳添加量均为2 g。在此基础上改变固化剂的用量配比,通过测试涂层的物理性能、盐雾性能以及电化学阻抗,分析不同固化剂种类及其添加量对水性丙烯酸防腐涂料涂层性能的影响。结果表明,在消光粉的最佳添加量下,以氨基树脂为固化剂的涂料硬度高于以异氰酸酯为固化剂的涂料硬度;两种涂层的附着力都是1级;以氨基树脂为固化剂涂层的光泽比以异氰酸酯为固化剂的涂层光泽低5%~6%;通过盐雾试验和电化学阻抗谱测试,确定固化剂的最佳添加量分别为7.5 g(氨基树脂固化剂)和13 g(异氰酸酯固化剂);在固化剂最佳添加量下,以异氰酸酯为固化剂的涂料制备的涂层电化学阻抗测试中的低频阻抗模值(|Z|0.01Hz)比以氨基树脂为固化剂的大了一个数量级,这表明以异氰酸酯为固化剂的涂料制备的涂层屏蔽性要强于以氨基树脂为固化剂的涂料制备的涂层。In this study,extinction powder was added into the waterborne acrylic coatings with amino resin or isocyanate as curing agent.Then,by evaluating the performance of gloss,pencil hardness,adhesion and xenon lamp exposure,etc.,the best additive amount of extinction powder was 2 g.By testing the physical properties,salt spray resistance and electrochemical impedance test of the coating,the influence of different curing agents and their additions on the coating performance of waterborne acrylic anticorrosive coatings was analyzed.The results showed that under the best addition amount of extinction powder,the hardness of the coatings with amino resin curing agent is higher than that of the coatings with isocyanate curing agent.The coating adhesion of the two coatings is grade 1.The gloss of the coating with amino resin as curing agent(5%-6%)is lower than that of the coating with isocyanate as curing agent.The optimal addition amount of curing agent is 7.5 g(amino resin curing agent)and 13 g(isocyanate curing agent)which were confirmed by salt spray tests and electrochemical impedance spectrum tests.With the best addition of the curing agent,the low frequency impedance mode value(|Z|0.01 Hz)in the electrochemical impedance test of the coating with isocyanate curing agent is an order of magnitude larger than that of the coating with amino resin as the curing agent,which showed that the coating shielding property of the coatings prepared with isocyanate as curing agent is stronger than that of the coatings prepared with amino resin as curing agent.
