摘　　要：本研究以聚天门冬氨酸脂树脂和脂肪族异氰酸酯固化剂(HDI)为成膜树脂,通过加入一定量的颜填料及助剂,研制了一种聚天门冬氨酸脂防腐蚀涂料。该涂料的固含量高,具有良好的柔韧性、耐冲击性、耐盐雾性和耐老化性能,相较于丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料,前者的复涂时间间隔更短,且可厚涂,降低了施工成本,在石油炼化装置外防腐、储罐外防腐、海洋钢结构外防腐、风电等领域具有广阔的应用前景。In this study,a kind of polyaspartate anti-corrosive coatings was developed by using polyaspartic acid resin and alipid isocyanate curing agent(HDI)as film forming resin and adding a certain amount of pigments,fillers and additives.The coatings has high solid content,good flexibility,impact resistance,salt spray resistance and aging resistance.Compared with acrylic polyurethane coatings,the recoating time interval of the polyaspartate anti-corrosive coatings is shorter.It can achieve thick coating and reduce the construction cost.It has broad application prospects in the field of oil refining equipments,storage tanks,marine steel structures,wind power and other fields.
