浅谈汽车空调电磁离合器皮带轮电泳漆膜外观品质管理

摘　　要：主要对某阴极电泳生产线中空调电磁离合器皮带轮产生颗粒和PK槽局部无法上漆膜的原因进行分析,结合生产实际给出了对应的处理措施。通过延长酸洗时间、升高酸洗槽温度或补加酸量,可以解决工件表面出现颗粒的问题;通过增大工件的摇摆力度和幅度,可以解决PK槽局部无法上漆膜的问题,从而提高小型零部件电泳漆膜外观的品控管理。Through analyzing the causes of particles on pulley of electromagnetic clutch of automotive airconditioning and the inability to apply paint film in certain areas of the PK groove,and combining with actual production conditions,corresponding countermeasures were proposed.By extending the acid washing time,increasing the temperature of the pickling tank,or increasing the amount of acid,the issue of particles appearing on the surface of the workpiece can be resolved.By increasing the swing force and amplitude of the workpiece,the problem of localized areas not being able to apply a coating in the PK tank can be solved.This has a certain guiding significance for the quality control of the appearance of elect rophoretic coating on small parts.
