摘 要:近年来江西省持续优化能源结构,积极推进火电“三改联动”,已成为实现双碳目标的重要举措之一,也是促进传统火力发电向新能源为主体的新型电力系统转型的有效途径。本文深入剖析江西省“三改联动”在深度调峰环境下存在的问题,提出火电企业“三改联动”实施的多种路径,并从提质增效精益检修、宽负荷经济性优化、灵活性锅炉优化、降碳减排燃煤优化等方面,提出“三改联动”的方向性建议。In recent years,Jiangxi Province has continuously optimized its energy structure and actively promoted the"three reforms linkage"of thermal power,which has become one of the important measures to achieve the dual carbon goals.It is also an effective way to promote the transformation of traditional thermal power generation into a new type of power system dominated by new energy.This article deeply analyzes the problems existing in the deep peak shaving environment of the"three reforms linkage"in Jiangxi Province,proposes multiple paths for the implementation of the"three reforms linkage"in thermal power enterprises,and puts forward directional suggestions for the"three reforms linkage"from the aspects of improving quality and efficiency,lean maintenance,optimizing wide load economy,optimizing flexible boilers,reducing carbon emissions,and optimizing coal combustion.
