摘  要:空调机组运行不合理是造成中央空调系统能耗浪费的重要原因之一。为实现空调机组高效节能运行,本文提出一种基于运行工况划分的空调机组节能运行方法。首先,依据室外空气状态参数值与室内空气状态参数值,将空调机组运行工况划分为过渡季工况与空调季工况;其次,基于不同工况的划分,提出新回风混合比、送风量、表冷器冷冻水流量三个参数优化组合的节能运行策略;最后,设计空调机组节能控制系统,验证节能运行策略的效果。结果表明,该运行策略可实现空调机组节省电量14.6%,节省冷量19.7%,具有良好的节能效果,可为空调机组节能运行提供参考。The unreasonable operation of air handling unit(AHU)is one of the important reasons for the waste of air conditioning energy.In order to realize efficient and energy-saving operation of AHU,a method of energy-saving operation of AHU is developed based on operating condition division.Firstly,the operating conditions of AHU is divided into transition season operation and air-conditioning season operation according to the values of outdoor air state parameters and indoor air state parameters.Then,an energy-saving operation strategy is proposed for the optimal combination of the mixing ratio of fresh air and return air,the supply air flow,and the chilled water flow of cooler based on the division of operating conditions.Finally,an energy-saving control system of air handling unit is designed to verify the effect of energy-saving operation strategy.The result shows that the electricity saving rate of air handling unit is 14.6%and its cold saving rate is 19.7%.The proposed energy-saving operation strategy has good energy-saving effect and can provide reference for energy-saving operation of AHU.
