摘 要:平朔井工三矿二采区4号煤断层发育,在工作面回采中出现冒顶、片帮等现象,对安全生产造成了威胁。为此在34205工作面开展了断层注浆加固技术的研究。对比分析了当前主要的注浆材料的优缺点,确定采用高水材料注浆,结合材料性能,采用的水灰比为2∶1。根据断层的分布情况,设计4个注浆钻窝,钻孔深度分别为45、60、90、100 m。现场实际施工注浆钻孔36个,总深度2 776 m,注浆材料用量78.11 t,注浆量193.03 m^(3)。工作面在治理断层区域正常推采,未发生异常矿压显现。No.4 coal fault is developed in No.2 mining area of Pingsuo Jinggong No.3 coal mine.Roof fall and rib spalling occur in the mining of working face,which poses a threat to safety production.Therefore,the research on fault grouting reinforcement technology was carried out in 34205 working face.The advantages and disadvantages of the current main grouting materials are compared and analyzed,and the high water material grouting is determined.Combined with the material properties,the water cement ratio is 2:1.According to the distribution of faults,four grouting drilling holes were designed,and the drilling depths were 45,60,90 and 100 m respectively.There are 36 grouting boreholes in the actual construction site,with a total depth of 2776 m,grouting material dosage of 78.11 t and grouting volume of 193.03 m^(3).The working face is normally pushed in the control fault area,and no abnormal mine pressure appears.
