摘 要:针对两渡煤业松散煤层回采巷道在邻近工作面回采阶段变形破坏严重的问题,以29(10)01运输顺槽支护为工程背景,采用数值模拟、理论分析等方法开展围岩控制技术研究。通过数值模拟分析探究了巷道掘巷阶段及邻近工作面回采阶段围岩变形和塑性破坏规律,设计通过注浆加固技术减小巷道等效宽度,增加承载宽度,控制煤柱帮和顶板的进一步变形。现场工业性试验结果表明,注浆后锚杆、锚索载荷较未注浆条件下减小50%以上,围岩变形量控制在设计允许范围内,有效减缓了邻近工作面采动对巷道稳定性的影响,取得了较好的围岩控制效果。Aiming at the problem of serious deformation and failure of mining roadway in loose coal seam of Liangdu Coal Industry in the mining stage of adjacent working face,taking 229(10)01 transport crossheading support as the engineering background,the research on surrounding rock control technology is carried out by means of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.Through numerical simulation analysis,the deformation and plastic failure law of surrounding rock in roadway excavation stage and adjacent working face mining stage are explored.The grouting reinforcement technology is designed to reduce the equivalent width of roadway,increase the bearing width,and control the further deformation of coal pillar side and roof.The field industrial test results show that the load of bolt and anchor cable after grouting is reduced by more than 50%compared with that without grouting,and the deformation of surrounding rock is controlled within the allowable range of design,which effectively slows down the influence of mining on the stability of roadway in adjacent working face,and achieves better control effect of surrounding rock.
