摘 要:为进一步探究厚煤层大采高液压支架的优化设计工作,以正文煤业11105工作面所使用的ZY12000/29/65型两柱掩护式液压支架为研究对象,对该液压支架在大采高煤层下应用效果较差的问题进行优化,设计了一种五连杆两柱掩护式液压支架,并对该支架结构的上前连杆、下前连杆和后连杆3个关键部件的尺寸进行优化调整。从仿真测试结果来看,该液压支架应力值低于材料许用应力,表明支架结构整体稳定,设计基本可行。In order to further explore the optimization design of large mining height hydraulic support in thick coal seam,the ZY12000/29/65 two-column shield hydraulic support used in the 11105 working face of the text coal industry is taken as the research object.The problem of poor application effect of the hydraulic support under large mining height coal seam is optimized.A five-link two-column shield hydraulic support is designed,and the size of the three key components of the upper front connecting rod,the lower front connecting rod and the rear connecting rod of the support structure is optimized and adjusted.From the simulation test results,the stress value of the hydraulic support is lower than the allowable stress of the material,indicating that the overall structure of the support is stable and the design is basically feasible.
