创新中药现代产业学院建设的探索与实践——以湖南中医药大学为例

摘　　要：现代产业学院是高等教育支撑经济高质量发展的必然要求,也是推动高校特色发展的重要举措。本文以湖南中医药大学创新中药现代产业学院的研究为例,通过案例分析和实践总结介绍创新中药现代产业学院的发展定位、建设路径及面临的挑战。研究从产教融合培养、课程专业优化、助力地方经济等多角度出发,介绍了改革方法和创新实践。结果表明,创新中药现代产业学院在人才培养、学科建设、服务地方和国际化发展等方面取得了显著成效。本研究探讨了如何建设政府、高校、企业的融合发展体系,为中医药院校现代产业学院的持续建设和中医药特色发展提供了参考和借鉴。The establishment of modern industrial colleges is an inevitable requirement for higher education to support high-quality economic development,and also an important measure to promote the characteristic development of colleges and universities.This paper takes the study of Modern Industrial College of Innovative Chinese Medicine as an example to introduce the development orientation,construction path,and challenges through case analysis and practice summary.The research introduces the reform methods and innovative practices from the perspectives of industry-education integration training,curriculum and major optimization,and support for local economy.The results show that the Modern Industrial College of Innovative Chinese Medicine has achieved remarkable results in talent cultivation,discipline construction,local service,and international development.This study discusses how to build the integrated development system of government,universities,and enterprises,and provides references for the continuous construction of modern industrial colleges in TCM colleges and universities and the characteristic development of Chinese medicine.
