疏风解毒胶囊治疗儿童甲型H1N1流感病毒肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗儿童甲型H1N1流感病毒肺炎的临床效果及对患儿IL-1β、IL-6、IFN-γ的影响。方法106例甲型H1N1流感病毒肺炎患儿随机分为对照组与观察组各53例。对照组给予奥司他韦治疗,观察组给予奥司他韦联合疏风解毒胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、预后相关指标、血气指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、氧合指数(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))]、炎性因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(iIFN-γ)]以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的81.13%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺啰音消失时间、病毒转阴时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿血清IL-1β、IL-6、IFN-γ均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏风解毒胶囊治疗儿童甲型H1N1流感病毒肺炎的效果确切,有助于促进患儿病情快速康复,改善血气指标,降低炎性反应,且安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules in treating children with H1N1 influenza viral pneumonia and its effects on IL-1β,IL-6,and IFN-in children.Methods:A total of 106 children with HIN1 influenza viral pneumonia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 53 cases.The control group received oseltamivir treatment,while the observation group received oseltamivir combined with Shufeng Jiedu Capsules.The clinical efficacy,prognostic-related indicators,arterial blood gas parameters[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(Pa-CO_(2)),oxygenation index(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))],inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interferon-gamma(IFN-)],and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group(96.23%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.13%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The time for body temperature normalization,cough relief,disappearance of lung rales,and viral clearance were significantly shorter in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO_(2)and PaO/FiO_(2)were higher in the observation group than in the control group,while PaCO_(2)was lower(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and IFN-were significantly lower in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Jiedu Capsules is effective in treating children with HIN1 influenza viral pneumonia,promoting rap-id recovery,improving arterial blood gas parameters,reducing inflammatory response,and maintaining good safety.
