摘　　要：目的观察参附注射液对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)围手术期患者冠脉微血管障碍(CMD)的影响。方法将拟行PCI术患者60例按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组行标准化治疗,观察组在此基础上,在术前和术后1周静脉滴注参附注射液,比较观察两组患者造影帧数(TIMI)、血流储备分数(FFR)和治疗后4周内发生主要心血管不良事件的比例。结果与对照组相比,观察组TIMI明显降低,FFR显著增高(P<0.01),且冠脉再狭窄、无复流、心力衰竭等心血管不良事件发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论在围手术期,给予冠心病PCI术患者静脉滴注参附注射液可以减轻冠脉微循环障碍,改善患者预后。Objective:To observe the effect of Shenfu Injection on coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMD)in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)perioperatively for coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients scheduled for PCI were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 30 patients.The control group received standardized treatment,while the observation group,in addition to the standardized treatment,received intravenous infusion of Shenfu Injection before the operation and one week after operation.The Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction frame count(TIMI),fractional flow reserve(FFR),and the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events within 4 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the TIMI frame count was significantly reduced,and the FFR was significantly increased in the observation group(P<0.01).Moreover,the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events such as coronary restenosis,no-reflow,and heart failure was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous administration of Shenfu Injection to patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI perioperatively can alleviate coronary microcirculatory disorders and improve patient prognosis.
