摘　　要：本研究基于《临证指南医案》《中风斠诠》等相关文献资料,试探析叶天士、张山雷有关中风病的学术思想及临证经验,旨在通过学习两位医家对中风病因病机的认识、治法和用药特色,深化对其学说的理解,进而开拓更广泛的诊疗思路与治疗方法,以为临床实践提供宝贵的参考与启迪。Based on relevant literature such as Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records and Critical Analysis of Stroke,this study aims to analyze Ye Tianshi and Zhang Shanlei's academic thoughts and clinical experience regarding stroke.The objective is to deepen our understanding of their theories on the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke,their treatment methods,and their unique approaches to medication.This will broaden the scope of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies and provide valuable references and inspiration for clinical practice.
