摘　　要：目的探讨细菌溶解产物与玉屏风颗粒对咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)患儿的疗效。方法选取108例CVA患儿作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为西药组与联合组,每组54例。西药组接受CVA常规治疗,观察组采用细菌溶解产物联合玉屏风颗粒治疗,连续治疗2个月。比较2组的临床疗效、肺功能[用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in first second,FEV_(1))、呼气峰流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)]、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)]水平、儿童哮喘生存质量问卷(pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire,PAQLQ)的变化以及不良反应。结果联合组的总有效率为92.60%,明显高于西药组的77.78%(P<0.05);FVC、FEV_(1)、PEF、IgA、IgG、IgM以及PAQLQ评分均明显高于西药组(P<0.05);2组患儿药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论细菌溶解产物联合玉屏风颗粒可有效提高CVA患儿的临床疗效,改善其肺部功能及免疫功能,提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of bacterial lysate and Yupingfeng Granules on cough variant asthma(CVA)in children.Methods 108 cases of CVA were enrolled and randomly divided into a western medicine group and a combined group,with 54 cases in each group.The western medicine group received CVA conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with bacterial lysate combined with Yupingfeng Granules.The treatment course was 2 months.The curative effect,the changes of pulmonary function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV_(1)),and peak expiratory flow(PEF)],immune function[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)]and quality of life[pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire(PAQLQ)]of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.The occurrence of adverse drug reactions were observed and calculated.Results The clinical efficacy,FVC,FEV_(1),PEF,IgA,IgG,IgM and PAQLQ scores of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng Granules combined with bacterial lysate can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of children with CVA,improve their pulmonary function and immune function,and improve the quality of life.
