尿毒清联合百令胶囊对慢性肾功能不全患者肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究尿毒清颗粒联合百令胶囊对慢性肾功能不全(chronic renal insufficiency,CRF)患者的疗效。方法选取收治的80例CRF患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗外加尿毒清颗粒治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联合百令胶囊。观察记录2组患者的疗效;肾功能指标[血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肾小球滤过率、尿α1-微球蛋白(urinaryα1-microglobulin,α1-MG)及视黄醇结合蛋白(retinol-binding protein,RBP)];中医证候积分和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率及肾小球滤过率高于对照组,Scr、BUN、α1-MG、RBP指数和中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用尿毒清联合百令胶囊治疗能有效改善CRF患者的肾功能状态,提高疗效,减轻患者的临床症状。Objective To explore the efficacy of Niaoduqing Granules combined with Bailing Capsules in patients with chronic renal insufficiency(CRF).Methods A total of 80 CRF patients were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group(40 cases)and a research group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment in addition to the treatment of Niaoduqing Granules,While the research group used Niaoduqing Granules combined with Bailing Capsules in addition to conventional treatment.The curative effects of the 2 groups were observed and recorded.The renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular filtration rate,urinaryα1-microglobulin(α1-MG)and retinol-binding protein(RBP)],traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and glomerular filtration rate in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the Scr,BUN,α1-MG,RBP,and the analysis score of TCM clinical syndrome scores in the research group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Niaoduqing Granules combined with Bailing Capsules can effectively improve the renal function status of CRF patients,improve the curative effect,and relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and the effect is significant.
