甲硝唑凝胶联合妇科流体敷料治疗细菌性阴道炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察甲硝唑凝胶联合梵必妥®妇科流体敷料治疗细菌性阴道炎(bacterial vaginosis,BV)的疗效及对阴道微生态恢复的影响。方法选取400例BV患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组200例。对照组采用甲硝唑凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合梵必妥®妇科流体敷料治疗。比较2组治疗后的治疗效果、阴道微生态恢复、免疫因子的水平和复发情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组的治疗有效率和阴道微生态恢复情况均明显提高,复发率明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的Toll样受体-2(Toll like receptor-2,TLR-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后2组的白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲硝唑凝胶联合梵必妥®妇科流体敷料治疗BV的临床疗效显著,能够有效恢复阴道微生态,降低炎症反应的发生,且复发率低。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Metronidazole Gels combined with gynecological hydroid dressing(Fanbituo®)in treating bacterial vaginitis(BV)and its impact on the recovery of vaginal microecological.Methods 400 BV patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metronidazole Gels alone and the observation group was treated with gynecological fluid dressing(Fanbituo®)based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,the recovery of vaginal microecology,the immune factors and the recurrence rates after treatment of the 2 groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment efficacy and vaginal microecology restoration rate significantly increased(P<0.05),while the recurrence rate significantly decreased in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the toll like receptor-2(TLR-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)significantly decreased in the observation group(P<0.05).The interleukin-8(IL-8)in the 2 groups showed no significant difference between the 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole Gels combined with gynecological fluid dressing(Fanbituo®)in the treatment of BV is significant,which can effectively restore normal vaginal microecology and reduce the occurrence of inflammatory responses,and has a low recurrence rate.
