摘　　要：目的通过归纳总结壮瑶药治疗糖脂代谢性疾病的研究进展,为民族医药治疗糖脂代谢性疾病和壮瑶药的资源开发利用提供科学参考。方法主要依据《广西壮族自治区壮药质量标准》和《广西壮族自治区瑶药质量标准》品种目录,通过中国知网、维普和专利之星检索系统等数据库进行检索,筛选、分析和归纳壮瑶药治疗糖脂代谢性疾病的用药频率、研究进展、优势特色及不足。结果上述质量标准已收录壮瑶单味药材中具有糖脂代谢性疾病相关药理活性报道的单味壮瑶药材占30.3%,在治疗糖脂代谢病的复方中壮瑶药使用占比为27.2%,其中田七、肉桂、郁金和莪术等区域特色药材使用频次排名靠前,但是多数具备抗糖脂代谢病药理活性的壮瑶民族特色药材并未得到充分开发和利用,缺乏临床循证依据、作用机制等研究。结论壮瑶复方的开发利用进展缓慢,大多仍属民间验方,缺乏现代文献和临床数据支撑,可询证依据较少。表明壮瑶民族医药仍具有较大发展空间,需加大对该民族中药资源的研究及开发利用。Objective To summarize the research progress of Zhuang Yao ethnomedicines in treating glycolipid metabolic diseases,and to provide scientific reference for ethnic medicine treatment of glycolipid metabolic diseases,and development and utilization of Zhuang Yao ethnomedicine resources.Methods In this paper,the drug application frequency,research progress,advantages,characteristics and deficiencies of Zhuang Yao ethnomedicines in the treatment of glucolipid metabolic diseases were screened,analyzed and summarized based on the catalogs of“Quality Standard of Zhuang Drugs in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region”and“Quality Standard of Yao Drugs in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region”through the databases of CNKI,Vip and Patent Star Retrieval System.Results In the above quality standards,30.3%of Zhuang Yao single herbs were reported to have pharmacological activity related to glycolipid metabolic diseases,and 27.2%of them were used in the compounded prescriptions for the treatment of glycolipid metabolic diseases.Among them,Panax notoginseng,Cinnamomi Cortex,Aromatic Turmeric Root-tuber and Curcuma zedoary were used more frequently.However,the investigation results showed most of the Zhuang Yao characteristic medicinal materials with anti-glucolipid metabolic disease pharmacological activity have not been fully developed and utilized,lacking in evidence-based action mechanism and other studies.Conclusion The progress of development and utilization of Zhuang Yao medicines is slow,and most of them are still folk prescriptions,lacking in the support of modern literature and clinical evidence data.The results indicated that Zhuang Yao ethnomedicine still has a large space for development,and it is necessary to increase the research,development and utilization of traditional Chinese ethnomedicine resources.
