乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合克霉唑治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合克霉唑治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选择2021年2月—2022年11月兰州大学第二医院收治的112例妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组(n=56,给予克霉唑治疗)和治疗组(n=56,在对照组基础上给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗)。对比两组患者临床疗效、阴道微生态情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴道分泌物优势菌群为乳酸杆菌、菌群密集度Ⅱ~Ⅲ级、pH<4.5占比比较,均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阴道分泌物优势菌群为乳酸杆菌、菌群密集度Ⅱ~Ⅲ级、pH<4.5占比均升高,且治疗组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合克霉唑治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果显著,能够改善患者阴道微生态环境,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with clotrimazole in treatment of gestational candidal vaginitis.Methods:A total of 112 patients with gestational candidal vaginitis who received treatment in the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from February 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=56,treated with clotrimazole)and a treatment group(n=56,treated with lacidophilin vaginal capsules on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,vaginal microecology,and occurrence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 92.86%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the proportions of lactobacilli as the dominant microflora of vaginal secretions,microbiota density of gradeⅡ-Ⅲ,and pH<4.5 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the proportions of lactobacilli as the dominant microflora of vaginal secretions,microbiota density of gradeⅡ-Ⅲ,and pH<4.5 in the two groups increased,and the proportions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lacidophilin vaginal capsule combined with clotrimazole has significant clinical effect in the treatment of gestational candidal vaginitis,and can improve the vaginal microecological environment of patients and has high safety.
