摘 要:目的:分析间隙蓝光照射与持续蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法:将宿迁市沭阳医院收治的80例新生儿黄疸患儿(收治时间:2021年1月—2023年12月)随机分为持续组、间隙组,每组40例。两组均实施常规治疗,持续组采取持续蓝光照射治疗,间隙组采取间隙蓝光照射治疗。对比两组治疗效果、肝功能指标。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、间接胆红素、结合胆红素、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶、总胆汁酸水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、间接胆红素、结合胆红素、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶、总胆汁酸水平降低,且间隙组低于持续组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于持续蓝光照射,间隙蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果更佳,可改善患儿肝功能。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of intermittent blue light irradiation and continuous blue light irradiation in treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:A total of 80 cases of neonatal jaundice admitted to Shuyang Hospital in Suqian City(admission time:January 2021 to December 2023)were randomly divided into continuous group and intermittent group,with 40 cases in each group,Both groups received conventional treatment.The continuous group was treated with continuous blue light irradiation,while the intermittent group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation.The treatment effects and liver function indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,conjugated bilirubin,γ-glutamyl transferase and total bile acids between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,conjugated bilirubin,γ-glutamyl transferase and total bile acids in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the intermittent group were lower than those in the continuous group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with continuous blue light irradiation,intermittent blue light irradiation has a better clinical effect in treatment of neonatal jaundice,and can improve the liver function of children.
