培元止遗汤、耳穴贴压联合醋酸去氨加压素治疗儿童遗尿症脾肾两虚证的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨培元止遗汤、耳穴贴压联合醋酸去氨加压素治疗儿童遗尿症脾肾两虚证的临床效果。方法:选择2019年2月—2023年2月徐州市铜山区人民医院收治的遗尿症脾肾两虚证患儿60例作为观察对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予醋酸去氨加压素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予培元止遗汤、耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组遗尿频率、膀胱容量、膀胱容量壁厚指数(BVWI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组遗尿频率、BVWI下降,膀胱容量升高,且研究组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组睡中遗尿、尿清量多、神疲乏力、面色萎黄以及熟睡不易唤醒积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组睡中遗尿、尿清量多、神疲乏力、面色萎黄以及熟睡不易唤醒积分下降,且研究组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:培元止遗汤、耳穴贴压联合醋酸去氨加压素治疗儿童遗尿症脾肾两虚证的临床效果良好,可降低其遗尿频率、BVWI,提高其膀胱容量,改善临床症状。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Peiyuan Zhiyi Decoction and auricular point sticking combined with desmopressin acetate in treatment of sleep enuresis with spleen-kidney deficiency pattern in children.Methods:A total of 60 children with sleep enuresis with spleen-kidney deficiency pattern admitted to Xuzhou Tongshan District People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desmopressin acetate,while the study group was treated with Peiyuan Zhiyi Decoction and auricular point sticking on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in enuresis frequency,bladder capacity,and bladder volume and wall thickness index(BVWI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the enuresis frequency and BVWI in two groups decreased,the bladder capacity in two groups increased,and the improvement in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the scores of sleep enuresis,clear urine and high urine volume,fatigue and acratia,sallow complexion,deep sleep and difficulty in awakening between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep enuresis,clear urine and high urine volume,fatigue and acratia,sallow complexion,deep sleep and difficulty in awakening decreased in the two groups,and the improvement in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peiyuan Zhiyi Decoction and auricular point sticking combined with desmopressin acetate has good clinical effects in treatment of sleep enuresis with spleen-kidney deficiency pattern in children,and can effectively reduce the enuresis frequency and BVWI,increase the bla
