摘 要:目的:分析综合营养护理联合肠内营养支持在神经外科重症监护室患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月镇江市第一人民医院神经外科重症监护室收治的患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=44,实施常规护理与肠内营养支持)、观察组(n=44,在对照组基础上实施综合营养护理)。比较两组营养学指标、肠黏膜屏障功能指标和并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,两组血清总蛋白、血红蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组血清内皮素、D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶水平下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合营养护理联合肠内营养支持在神经外科重症监护室患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者营养指标水平、肠黏膜屏障功能,有效预防并发症。Objective:To analyze application effect of comprehensive nutritional care combined with enteral nutrition support in neurosurgical intensive care unit patients.Methods:A total of 88 patients treated in Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit of Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=44,receiving routine care and enteral nutrition support)and observation group(n=44,receiving comprehensive nutritional care on the basis of control group).The nutritional indexes,intestinal mucosal barrier function indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of serum total protein,hemoglobin,albumin and transferrin in the two groups increased,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of serum endothelin,D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nutritional care combined with enteral nutrition support has a good effect in neurosurgical intensive care unit patients,and can improve the level of nutritional indexes and the intestinal mucosal barrier function,and effectively prevent complications.
