集束化护理在心内科患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析集束化护理在心内科患者护理中的应用效果。方法:抽取2022年1月—2023年10月滨州市中心医院心内科收治的患者86例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分成对照组、观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用集束化护理。比较两组不良护理事件发生率、护理满意度、跌倒预防知识问卷调查评分。结果:观察组不良护理事件总发生率为2.33%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为100.00%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组跌倒预防知识问卷调查评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组跌倒预防知识问卷调查评分升高,且与对照组比较,观察组评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理在心内科患者护理中的应用效果显著,可有效提升患者跌倒预防知识认知水平,减少跌倒等不良事件发生风险,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of bundled care in cardiology patients.Methods:From January 2022 to October 2023,a total of 86 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology at Binzhou Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received bundled care on the basis of control group.The incidence of adverse nursing events,nursing satisfaction and fall prevention knowledge questionnaire scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of fall prevention knowledge questionnaire between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of fall prevention knowledge questionnaire in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bundled care in the cardiology patients has a significant effect,and can effectively improve the fall prevention knowledge cognition level,reduce the risk of adverse events such as falls,and improve nursing satisfaction.
