摘　　要：目的:分析血站质量管理体系的构建在血液质量控制中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1—6月苏州市中心血站1000名献血者、15名工作人员作为对照组,实施常规管理;选取2023年7—12月苏州市中心血站1000名献血者、15名工作人员作为观察组,实施基于血站质量管理体系的管理。比较两组献血者血液报废率、采血服务满意度以及工作人员工作质量。结果:观察组献血者血液报废率为0.3%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组献血者在采血流程、健康宣教、饮食指导、服务态度方面的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员技术水平、操作规范、知识掌握、储存规范评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血站质量管理体系的构建在血液质量控制中的应用价值较高,可以降低血液报废率,提升献血者满意度以及工作人员的工作质量,有利于血站的公共卫生管理事业顺利开展。Objective:To analyze the application value of blood station quality management system construction in blood quality control.Methods:A total of 1000 blood donors and 15 staff of Suzhou Blood Center from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the control group,which implemented routine management;a total of 1000 blood donors and 15 staff from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,which implemented the management based on blood station quality management system.The blood donors'blood discarding rate,blood collection service satisfaction degree and work quality of the staff were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood discarding rate of blood donors in the observation group was 0.3%,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of blood donors for blood collection process,health education,dietary guidance,service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the staff for technical level,operation standardization,knowledge mastery and storage standardization in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of blood station quality management system in blood quality control has a higher application value,and can reduce the blood discarding rate,improve the satisfaction of blood donors and the work quality of staff,which is conducive to the smooth development of public health management in blood stations.
