摘　　要：越南铝产业目前还处于初级发展阶段,铝土矿开发利用程度低,氧化铝产业规模小,缺乏电解铝生产,铝挤压产业在前期国外投资背景下形成了一定基础。近几年,越南凭借优越的地理位置、廉价劳动力、宽松的投资政策、有利于出口导向型经济的环境、光伏和电子产业蓬勃发展等有利因素,吸引了国内铝挤压企业在越南投资建厂。目前出海企业涉及产能超过80万t/a。但是,赴越投资也面临着交通及电力基础设施落后、供应链不完善、可能遭受贸易制裁、宏观经济稳定性不足等风险。因此,在越南进行铝产业投资仍需要综合考虑,审慎进行。Vietnam′s aluminum industry is still in the initial stage of development,with bauxite underexploited,alumina industry in small scale and electrolytic aluminum short of production.The aluminum extrusion industry,however,has formed a certain scale under the early foreign investment.In recent years,with the advantages of location,labor force,loose investment policy export-oriented economy,and booming photovoltaic and electronics industries,Vietnam has attracted Chinese aluminum extrusion enterprises to invest and build factories there,and the current capacity of overseas enterprises involves more than 800000 tons/year.However,investment in Vietnam also faces risks such as poor transport and power infrastructure,imperfect supply chains,possible trade sanctions,and a lack of macroeconomic stability.Therefore,investment in Vietnam aluminum industry still needs to be considered comprehensively and prudently.
