摘  要:蒙皮是构成飞机气动外形的关键零件,通常采用拉形工艺进行生产。基于通用分析软件ABAQUS,对2024T3铝合金蒙皮拉形进行了数值模拟,研究了板料尺寸、夹钳移动距离、模具上顶高度、摩擦因数对拉形主应变、次应变和厚度的影响,并通过试验进行验证。研究结果表明,当板料尺寸增大、夹钳移动距离减小、模具上顶高度减小、摩擦因数减小时,蒙皮的主应变减小、厚度增大,成形质量较好。As a key component for the aerodynamic shape structure,the aircraft skin is usually produced in the stretch forming process.Based on the general analysis software ABAQUS,numerical simulation of stretch forming was conducted on 2024T3 aluminum alloy skin.The skin primary strain,secondary strain,and thickness were studied and verified through experiments with different stretch forming parameters,i.e.sheet size,clamp movement distance,mold up height,and friction factor.The research results show that as the sheet size increases,the clamp movement distance decreases,the mold up height decreases,and the friction factor decreases,the skin primary strain will decrease and the thickness will increase,and the forming quality is better.
