摘 要:针对表流型湿地存在高效稳定除磷技术瓶颈,为有效提升仿自然及表流型人工湿地稳定除磷效能,以膨润土、石灰石作为主要成分,采用烘干、高温煅烧等方式进行复配改性研究,并进行改性除磷填料性能对比分析。结果表明:以生石灰、膨润土为主要原料研制的新型除磷填料,改善了原始材料的物理结构条件,比表面积达到10~18 m^(2)/g,介孔分布趋于密集,且呈不同程度的层状化;新型除磷填料对溶解性磷酸盐的去除率高达70%~90%,最大饱和吸附量0.220~0.992 mg/g,150℃条件下制备的除磷基质材料吸附效果最佳。研究中所研制形成具有环境友好、取材方便及制备方法简单的新型介质材料,可为有效提升仿自然及表流型人工湿地稳定除磷效能提供借鉴。To address the technical bottleneck of efficient and stable phosphorus removal in surface flow wetlands,this study aims to effectively enhance the stable phosphorus removal performance of natural and surface flow constructed wetlands.Bentonite and limestone were used as the main components,and modification was performed through drying and high-temperature calcination.A comparative analysis of the phosphorus removal performance of the modified fillers was conducted.The results showed that the physical structure of the raw material was improved,the specific surface area reached 10~18 m^(2)/g,and the mesoporous distribution tended to be dense.The removal efficiency of soluble phosphate was up to 70%~90%,and the maximum saturated adsorption capacity was between 0.220 mg/g and 0.992 mg/g.In this study,a new type of environmentally friendly material was developed,which can be used as a reference for improving the phosphorus removal efficiency of natural and surface flow constructed wetlands.
