摘 要:冬季防冰冻是我国寒区水利工程的关键任务之一。本研究旨在优化微气泡防冰冻技术中的曝气盘布置方案和设备运行模式,以提高其在冬季水利工程运行中的应用效果。通过分析影响曝气盘布置的关键因素,并开展系列试验,确定了曝气盘的最佳布设深度和间距。研究还提出了基于水温的智能运行阈值,以实现设备在保证防冰冻效果的同时,达到更高的能效比。研究成果不仅为微气泡防冰冻技术的推广应用提供了科学依据,而且为实现设备高效节能运行奠定了基础。Preventing freezing in winter is a key task for water conservancy projects in cold regions of China.This study aims to enhance its effectiveness during freezing periods by optimizing the layout of aer⁃ation plates and the operational mode of microbubble anti-freezing technology.By analyzing the key fac⁃tors affecting the placement of aeration plates and conducting a series of experiments,the optimal depth and spacing for the aeration plates were determined.Additionally,an intelligent operating threshold based on water temperature was proposed to improve energy efficiency while ensuring the anti-freezing performance of the equipment.These research findings not only provide a scientific basis for the promo⁃tion and application of microbubble anti-freezing technology but also lay a solid foundation for achieving efficient and energy-saving equipment operation.
